The next Lit Lit will be Friday, August 7, 2026 from 7 PM-9 PM at our fabulous new home, the Denning’s Point Distillery at 10 N. Chestnut St. right off Main Street in Beacon! If you’d like to read, sign-ups start at 6:30 PM.
Lit Lit is a monthly literary open mic series in Beacon, NY. We meet the first Friday of every month. We are all about welcoming writers from every walk of life and every genre. There is a strict five-minute time limit. We love you and we want to hear what you’ve been working on. Folks are also absolutely welcome to just come and listen, and many do!
Lovely nonalcoholic beverages are available at Denning’s Point, as well as lovely cocktails, beer, wine, and occasional snacks. $5 suggested admission.
